Your place will only be reserved once a completed application form is received and your payment has been processed. We will acknowledge receipt of your application, preferably by e-mail but by post if you have no e-mail account. Your data will remain confidential and will not be shared to a third party.
Full payment must accompany each application. If we are unable to accept you on the course, we will destroy your cheque or credit card information and send you confirmation of this.
If you have been accepted for a course and we are advised of your cancellation at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the start of the course, we will retain a £25 administration fee and return the balance to you by cheque. If you cancel less than 14 days in advance, the full fee is forfeited unless we can replace you from the waiting list or you can find a suitable substitute in which case only £25 will be retained by us.
If we cannot initially accept you for the course, we will put your name on a waiting list and hold your payment. If a place becomes available, we will notify you. If you have been put on the waiting list, you may withdraw at any time and your full payment will be returned as soon as possible.
Your fee covers the cost of all tuition; it does not cover food.
Richmond Music Academy will not be responsible for loss or damage to your personal property. You are advised to insure your own instruments and valuables.
Please note that the usage of handheld devices (phones and tablets) is not allowed during the times of the course. Students are welcome to leave their devices with the teachers in the morning until the end of the day.
We expect the participants to maintain a standard of behaviour at all times. Failure to do so may result in expulsion. We do ask students to not publish any content of the course, pictures, recordings online on YouTube and social networks without consent of the course organisers.
Richmond Music Academy reserves the right to change without notice the tutors and course details.
